Good to know
- Monthly hours don't roll over.
- Sessions are guidance and light hands-on help — not full custom development or done-for-you builds. CSS support covers cosmetic refinements, not custom theme development.
- Scope is limited to CrazyRocket setup and configuration.
- A separate CrazyRocket subscription is required for each additional store. Cloning a campaign to another store doesn't include that store's plan.
- Please reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice; missed sessions count toward your monthly allowance.
